Spark People Article
I recently had the pleasure to speak with Jennifer Mitchell of Spark People, an EXTENSIVE lifestyle and wellness publication. We talked about my favorite subject: Meditation.
It was wonderful speaking to someone who was very interested in how different types of meditation can produce different lifestyle results. At first glance, meditation can seem quite simple…and it is, but we are a fast-paced, instant-results type of culture so that adds in the element of choosing the best meditation practice for you so that you get the fastest and most beneficial results.
The information though can be quite overwhelming. So how does someone choose?
I recommend reading about the various types then trying 3 intermittently throughout the week.
