You will learn unique and meaningful ways of understanding your dreams through a Shamanic and Gestalt therapeutic strategy. Experience a Dream Re-entry Journey to explore a particular dream more in depth, resolve unfinished business, reinforce deep restful sleep with hypnosis, visit the dream or astral plane, and learn to use the inner wisdom of your subconscious life. Receive extras: Printable Dream Journal, plus guided meditations for restful sleep. (Please keep a dream journal 1-2 weeks before your session or have two or more dreams or nightmares written down to discuss). All sessions are conducted over Zoom.
