2018! We made it! I don’t know about you, but I had one of my best years yet in 2017- thanks to meditation. Meditation take a bow!
I want more good stuff coming my way for this year too. I also want more good stuff for you. That’s why I do what I do here on Inspired Meditations.
I’m talking about aiming to be a better, more effective, and richly content human being- not perfect, because that’s not human. I want people to enjoy the experience of being the best human they can be.
I don’t want people getting stuck on their faults and never make real progress in their lives.
I don’t want people falling for the negative brain chatter or bogged down by burnout.
I want people to develop an inner, and intuitive, relationship with themselves through meditation so that they can realize their personal goals and experience purpose. More “meaning” equals more progress and gratitude, and less filling our lives with empty busyness.
I want people to have a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.
I want people to improve their mental and physical wellbeing, leading to REAL lifestyle change.
I want people to practice meditation- it is an evolving practice!

Motivation, tips and tools for health, diet, and lifestyle. I got your back! I was a college sports coach for two years (I learned 101 ways to motivate anyone…uphill…in the rain…at 6am). I am a health food fanatic…and vegetarian healing my chronic illness one step at a time.

More Science. I love science. Lets keep this between you and I: I read science journals at the local college library for the fun of it. I’m going to use and infuse science in my quest for the best wellness info on the market.

More types of meditations for ALL types of people! I don’t ever want to hear, “I’m not the type that meditates” or “I tried to meditate, I just can’t”. Trust me, you won’t lose your cool vibe if you insert meditation into your life.

More products- I’ll be offering digital products focused on specific areas of self-improvement so you can see (and feel…and smell? No, not cool) progress in your life where you need it most, and of course still get all the benefits of meditation. I’ll feature “unplug” meditations to help counter digital burnout and reconnect you with what matters. Hybrid meditations for those looking to change or adopt specific behaviors- these add an element of hypnosis in them for faster change.
