Holiday Hypnosis and Guided Meditations
‘Tis the season for triggers. Whatever your stress triggers are, there’s nothing like the holidays to amplify them.
So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our own mind, and more specifically our habitual responses. However, doing something different interrupts habitual cycles like cousin Lucy getting on your nerves at every family event.
And doing something different, and positive, can be listening to guided meditations or a hypnosis track, especially if it resonates with your current situation.
Feeling more centered and psychologically prepared can make all the difference in the world too. When we come from a place of confidence, self love, and grounding, we are more apt to handle negative situations in a positive manner. Or at least keep it neutral through the holidays.
This holiday season I’ve prepared an arsenal of hypnosis and guided meditations just for you, INSPIRED 😉 by real comments and concerns that I receive from my readers.
These will help you survive and thrive during the holiday season such as “Expectations Stress Hypnosis”, “Setting Healthy Boundaries” and “Self Care” Guided Meditations.
In case you’re wondering why I’ve included hypnosis along with meditations. Well, the two modalities are very similar, utilizing an alternate (theta) state of mind to relax you and create a state of being outside of your usual autopilot- where your habitual reactions stem from.
You’ll be opening your suggestive subconscious mind to positive affirmations that stick with you naturally the more you listen to them.
HERE’S TO THIS BEING A PEACEFUL AND JOYFUL HOLIDAY SEASON…
What’s going on with Inspired Meditations in the next couple of months:
If you are interested in a one-on-one hypnosis or “Subconscious Session” session, I’ll be taking new clients via Zoom or Skype after the new year. Reach me here through email and I’m upfront about my very reasonable pricing. Consultation is free!
New Guided Meditations in 2020 (can you believe it’s almost 2020?!). In January and February look forward to “Vision of Success”, “Amplify Self Love”, “Confidence Boost”, and “Trees of Wisdom”.
Videos that will inspire you- outside of the box self-help strategies.
You’ll get a taste of what a “Subconscious session” is along with “Guided Imagery”, and “Role Enactment Hypnosis.” You’ll soon be a pro at your own life!
HOLIDAY MEDITATIONS:
How to use these meditations and hypnosis tracks: For best results, choose one from below and listen to it for at least a week. The “Grounding Meditation” and “Mindfulness Meditation” can be used as needed along with the meditation or hypnosis track of your choice. Never use while operating a vehicle. Never use as a diagnosis or cure.
I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season. Have an excellent December- no posts from me. I like to take this time to relax, get re-inspired, be present and enjoy the holidays with my kids. I will see you in 2020!
GUIDED MEDITATIONS:
6 min. GROUNDING MEDITATION
If the holidays have you hopping from one event to the next or pulled in many directions at once, take 6 minutes to firmly ground yourself and feel more centered.
SELF CARE
Attempting to tend to every last detail during the holidays leaves us depleted. If you’re running on empty and not caring for yourself as well as you’d like, enjoy this healing relaxation meditation centered around YOU.
SETTING BOUNDARIES
Deck the Halls with broken boundaries… Holidays mean more family and more demand for our time! It is essential to our wellbeing to assure we have healthy boundaries this holiday season…and every season!
BE MORE PRODUCTIVE
Let’s face it, the holidays require more from us. It’s hard to deny that we are busier during this time, but instead of being flustered and resenting holidays, wouldn’t it be nice to have a clear path, moving forward intentionally, confidently, and productively on whatever it is that must be done?
HYPNOSIS:
RELEASE EXPECTATIONS STRESS
Would you like a side of unrealistic expectations with your turkey? The holidays have us under pressure; pressure to put on our best face, the best feast, and our best selves at all the festivities. Go deep in this hypnotic session and drop the expectations. No more self-imposed perfectionism or worries about others’ opinions and expectations of you.
HOLIDAY DE-STRESS (Hypnotic Guided Imagery)
Need a holiday vacation at the beach? Don’t we all? Minus the planning and money, you can take your own mini vacation at a beach resort right where you are with this hypnotic guided visualization.
SOCIAL CONFIDENCE AND CHARISMA
This short hypnosis session inspires you to let your personality shine in social situations. Feel confident in the presence of others. Easily spark conversation and engage with people you enjoy! Not only is this a crucial life skill, but also very useful during holidays gatherings.
Peace and Be Well,
Laura
So happy I found this post! I’ve been wanting to try meditation and/or hypnosis for my sleep problems and will definitely listen to some of these tracks!
Great Lucie! The research in this area is awesome! Both hypnosis and meditation help people achieve more/better sleep. I’ve used my own meditations, Kris Carr meditations, and the Beditations App. But I finally found out my issue with sleep was that I’m a clock watcher and watching the clock brought me anxiety, which led to sleep issues. Your specific issue may be different. It’s important to determine what exactly your sleep issue is and/or what’s causing it. I saw my integrative doctor for hypnosis and wow it helped!! Sleeping as good as I did before having kids 🙂 which I thought was never possible. I had all the regular symptoms that you may have- hard to fall asleep and/or stay asleep, not feeling rested. For some people it’s having better sleep habits and for others it’s certain anxieties that keep us up. Hypnosis is so helpful for that! Guided meditations are fantastic for making relaxation a habit so that you can relax before bed. You should sign up for my weekly newsletter. Sleep will definitely be a topic I’m covering.
You’re right, the holidays definitely do bring upon a lot of different stressors. Love these recommendations & will definitely check out a few of them!

Thanks Madi! I like to think that most of the stress that comes with holidays is good stress, but I used to write articles on this and so many people would write in to me about their stressors, mostly family issues, and that’s tough during the holidays. Hope you have a great holiday season!
