Guided Meditation for Productivity!
CategoriesUncategorized
Need to get things done?
Several unfinished tasks lying around the house or office?
Maybe you had some goals, but they’re buried somewhere under a pile of tedious to-do’s.
Want to make progress on larger tasks while easily finishing the smaller ones?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a clear path, moving forward intentionally, confidently, and productively on whatever it is that must be done?
There are those tasks we must do that we do not enjoy, but when we finish them, we have more room in our lives for what we truly want to do. If guilt over unfinished tasks is lying around like good intentions then you need a subconscious boost through guided meditation.
Currently you might not be getting things done and it shows up in the form of procrastination, unclear goals, overwhelm from unfinished projects, low energy, and not having several things to really look forward to each day.
Chores and dull projects are not simply placed on the back burner waiting for a rainy day- they are draining you. They are taking away from your mental and physical energy. Taking up space. If you don’t start them and finish them, they can easily take over those things and projects that bring you joy.
“A closet or a mind full of clutter can’t move forward. Can not be productive. Can not get things done that even it wishes it could.”
The clutter like unfinished tasks saps your energy while you get even less done, and feel less accomplished, more lost.
Don’t let another day pass where you feel you haven’t accomplished what needs to be done.
In this guided meditation for productivity I encourage you to harness techniques unique to meditation that aid with clarity- being clear on what tasks best serve your goals without running around trying to do more, but doing more with greater effectiveness.
Optimize your performance by aligning your day-to-day output with your bigger goals. This will increase your satisfaction with accomplishing tasks and feel motivated by even the small ones.
The biggest goal being productivity, while leaving more room for truly enjoying many other things.
