Why is it important to connect with your higher self?
OK, not exactly.
Lately I can’t help but notice how wrapped up in the news people are. People are fearful and overwhelmed. Understandably. They’re sort of living on this lower survival-mode-reptilian-brain level. But what that looks like on a spiritual and personal growth standpoint, is living small.
Connecting with your higher self can bring you out of the funk many of us are in- it’s a much needed perspective we NEED right now!
Besides, you are not your name, right?! You’re not your job title or the many roles you play each day. You’re not even the clever description on your profile page. You are not who Mary or your mother says you are. From a higher-self perspective, you can clearly see that…and more.
You can see beyond the ego and get back on your path with your purpose guiding you.
The ego is only concerned with the small stuff while your higher self speaks through purpose, unity, humanity, and your purest nature. Just as we could all use a breath of fresh air to clear our head, this meditation helps clear your everyday cares and concerns to connect with your nonjudgmental, best self- your true self.
Leave behind your worries and concerns. Let go of your ego self. Take a journey to connect with your higher self.
