THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!
I’m a little surprised and really excited! My honest opinion is I thought low carbohydrate/ketogenic would win. I know this is a popular weight loss diet as well as paleo, which is fairly low in carbohydrates too BUT I am proud to announce VEGETARIAN won! This blows my mind!

I didn’t think a lot of people were committed to a daunting diet such as vegetarianism. When I became a vegetarian I wasn’t much of a meat-eater in the first place, but taking away meat suddenly became a huge deal.
I am happy to provide a FREE guided meditation that supports a vegetarian eating program and lifestyle.
